Hospital Building: -
This
is the main building of the University Teaching Hospital. It consists of
4 floors with total capacity of 200 beds. In brief, it contains the
following
Ground
floor :
Contains administration offices, restaurant,
Main Ceremony Hall,
Operation Rooms, Intensive
Care, Coronary Care Unit and Emergency Ward
First
Floor :
Contains Pediatrics, Ophthalmology,
Obstetrics & Gynecology wards.
Second
Floor :
Contains departments for Surgery,
Otolaryngology and Orthopedics
Third
Floor :
Contains Internal Medicine and its other
subspecialties in addition to Neurosurgery.

Outpatient
Clinics: -
Working
hours from 9 am to 1.30 pm but you can have a ticket up to 12 pm only (1
pound / Ticket).
It
is divided mainly into 8 major partitions each for a certain specialty

Rheumatology
& Rehabilitation & Urology Building: -
It
is a new extension of the hospital with facilities for organ
transplantation and an up to date unit for Rheumatology and medical
rehabilitation. It is still under construction, but is in its final
stages. Currently, its lecture hall found in the underground hosts
most of the undergraduate lectures.

Gate: -
This
Gate faces emergency ward entrance of the hospital. It is a little bit
near to the Faculty building than the main gate.

Medicine Unit: -
It
is a well equipped unite with a complete facilities for Radiotherapy,
Chemotherapy & Gamma Camera.

store 1: -
It
sells mainly textbooks and international editions with some medical
equipments.

Faculty
Building: -
This
building Contains some of the most important sites for educational
process. It contains the following
Ground
Floor: Administration offices for Staff affairs, postgraduates
& small mosque.
First
floor : Phase one
(year 1) and Phase
two (years 2 and 3) affairs office, educational classes, audiovisual
unit, graduates affairs and student affairs offices (from where newcoming
students have their
IDs).
Second
Floor :Phase three (years 4, 5& 6) affairs office, educational
classes, skill Labs.
Third
floor : It is consumed by the library which
is the most wonderful and most important place in the whole
Faculty. It has a well organized system with a collection of recent
textbooks, rarely to be found
in any other medical library in the country. These books are enriched yearly by
new editions for
different medical sciences
